Discipline in school means following appropriate rules, respecting teachers and classmates, completing responsibilities on time, maintaining good behaviour, and understanding the consequences of one’s actions. It does not simply mean strict punishment or controlling students.

True discipline helps students learn self-control and responsibility. It encourages them to make the right choices even when nobody is watching. A well-disciplined student understands why rules are necessary and learns to respect the rights and needs of others.
